It all started when…

I was introduced to yoga at age 14 while growing up in Singapore. I moved back to Toronto in 2014 and continued casually practicing yoga. In 2018 I decided to get my yoga teacher certification at Yogaspace, one of the best studios in the city. Yoga has brought so much to my life - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My aim as a yoga teacher is to share my love of yoga. There are so many benefits of practicing yoga that often go overlooked. Whether you are starting out your fitness journey, looking to overcome an injury, incorporate an additional component into your workout regime, find balance in your life, or connect your mind and body on a spiritual level, yoga is one of the best tools to do so.
