I was introduced to yoga at age 14 while growing up in Singapore. I moved back to Toronto in 2014 and continued casually practicing yoga. In 2018 I decided to get my yoga teacher certification at Yogaspace, one of the best studios in the city. Yoga has brought so much to my life - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My aim as a yoga teacher is to share my love of yoga and to open up peoples' eyes to the benefits of a yoga practice. I have yet to meet anyone who says they hate yoga. If they do say that, it usually means they haven't tried it. 

My classes tend to lean towards the more contemporary, Vinyasa style of yoga. Look forward to fast paced classes that will make you sweat and leave you feeling stronger!
